We will explore two wonderful practices, YogaDance and Body Scan, that can help us find balance, reduce stress, and connect more deeply with our body and mind.We will begin by tuning into the body and shifting our focus to a mindfulness exercise called Body Scan. Through this exercise, we will direct our attention to the body, starting from the feet and toes and working our way up through the body to the top of the head. We will observe the body's sensations, tensions, and any discomfort without judgment. This helps reduce stress, increase body awareness, and promote a deep sense of relaxation.Following that, there will be an introduction to YogaDance, which is a fusion of yoga and dance, allowing us to explore our bodies in a creative and enjoyable way. We combine fluid movements with breath. This practice helps increase flexibility, release tension, and improve our energy levels.
